Why people wear one
My mother gave me one just like this.
— A reason we hear constantly
He keeps St Christopher in the truck with him.
— A reason we hear constantly
It's not about the thing. It's about who it reminds me of.

Why we do this
A blessing passed on.
We'd rather these were worn than sold. That's why the necklaces are free — and why a portion of every order helps families in need. You cover the postage; the rest is a gift, and part of it keeps going.
Questions people ask
It's really free? What's the catch?
There isn't one. The necklace or rosary costs you nothing — you pay the shipping and that's the end of it. No subscription, no trial that starts billing later, no membership. You'll see the exact shipping amount before you enter a card.
We can do this because we own our inventory. Giving one away costs us far less than an advertisement would, and we'd rather it ended up around someone's neck.
Is the chain included?
Yes. Every free necklace ships complete — the medal and a 20″ stainless steel chain, in the same envelope. There is nothing else to add to your cart to make it wearable.
What is it made of? Will it turn my skin green?
Stainless steel. It doesn't tarnish, it doesn't turn skin green, and it's fine in the shower, at the beach or on a job site. It's the same material we sell in our paid pieces — the free ones aren't a lesser version.
Can I order more than one?
Yes, and most people do — one for themselves and one or two for family. You can add a second devotion at a small cost at checkout, which is a lot cheaper than paying shipping on a separate order.
I don't know which saint to choose.
Most people already do and just haven't put words to it — the one your mother prayed to, the one on your grandmother's wall, the one you were named for. Failing that, choose by who they walk with: St Michael for police, military and first responders; St Christopher for drivers and travellers; Our Lady of Guadalupe for mothers and for anyone with roots in Mexico; the Miraculous Medal if you want Our Lady and aren't sure which image.
Each product page names who that saint is a patron of, so you can read before you choose.
How long does it take to arrive?
We ship from our own warehouse in the United States, usually within one to two business days. Delivery is typically a few days after that. You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves us.
Where does the giving go?
A portion of every order helps families in need. We keep this plainly worded on purpose — we would rather under-promise and be able to account for every dollar than make a claim we can't substantiate. Ask us and we'll tell you exactly where it went.
Does wearing a medal protect me?
No, and we won't tell you otherwise. A medal is not a charm and it doesn't work like one — the Church is clear about that. It's a reminder, and a way of asking a saint to pray with you. What it changes is how often you remember to pray, which is not nothing.
