Yes, and most people do — one for themselves and one or two for family. You can add a second devotion at a small cost at checkout, which is a lot cheaper than paying shipping on a separate order.

Failing that, choose by who they walk with: St Michael for police, military and first responders; St Christopher for drivers and travellers; Our Lady of Guadalupe for mothers and for anyone with roots in Mexico; the Miraculous Medal if you want Our Lady and aren't sure which image.
